Triodos Bank’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will take place on Wednesday 23 October 2024.
Triodos Bank announced on 7 October 2024 that it has withdrawn agenda item 5 from the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the bank’s Depository Receipts Holders to be held on 23 October 2024. The withdrawal of agenda item 5 does not affect the proxy form, nor any proxy votes already submitted in respect of the remaining resolutions to be proposed at the EGM.
