How do I apply for a job?

Triodos Bank’s policy is to only accept applications for existing job opportunities. We post all our current job opportunities on this page. Applications are welcome for them and can be made via the website.

Does Triodos Bank pay bonuses?

No. At Triodos Bank, we believe that paying all our co-workers fairly and appropriately is very important. We have a remuneration policy designed to create both fair rewards and a relatively flat structure across the bank. And we closely monitor differences in remuneration between co-workers, locally and internationally. Bonuses have no part to play in sustainable banking.

How are co-workers involved in the bank's mission?

All co-workers take part in a weekly meeting and all new co-workers enjoy a comprehensive introduction to the work of the organisation. There are meetings at lunchtime or after work, which provide all co-workers with an opportunity to discuss subjects of shared interest, or to listen to a presentation from an invited guest.

If I work for Triodos Bank, do I have to live sustainably?

Triodos Bank has a clear mission to work for positive change in society and to promote quality of life for all. Naturally, we think it's very important that all co-workers should have a personal commitment to these values, but that does not mean we expect everyone to live a carbon neutral life.
