Triodos Bank has established a Green Bond Framework to allow for the issuance of Green Bonds to finance and/ or refinance green loans on Triodos Bank’s balance sheet. The Green Bond Framework sets the basis for the identification, evaluation, selection and environmental impact of green loans that can be directly or indirectly financed or refinanced by proceeds of the Green Bonds, and the management and reporting of such proceeds. The eligible loan categories are Renewable Energy, Environmentally Sustainable Management of Living Natural Resources and Land Use and Green building.
