Triodos Bank has sold both office buildings, because since 25 October 2021 all co-workers in the Netherlands have been housed in the completely sustainable office building De Reehorst in Driebergen, in combination with partly structurally working from home.

Nico Kronemeijer, Chief Operating Officer of Triodos Bank: “During the sale process, we searched for a buyer who had the intention to be the long-term owner of the property. We are pleased that we have succeeded in this with Peters & Co Investments B.V.”

Han Peters, owner of Peters & Co Investments B.V., is pleased to be able to add these beautiful objects to his portfolio. This energy-efficient (A++) location, built with sustainable materials, has a beautiful history. Peters & Co Investments will look for a suitable tenant who wants to stay at this location for a longer period of time. The cemetery, which is located on the grounds of the buildings, will be preserved.

Housing consultant draaijer+partners and estate agent Rondmakers assisted Triodos Bank with the sale. Biltmore Vastgoed Consultancy, Burgersdijk Makelaars and BNP Paribas Real Estate assisted Peters & Co Investments B.V.
