Changes to Executive Board
On 8 November 2019 the Supervisory Board of Triodos Bank N.V. announced its intention to appoint Andre Haag (1982) as member of the Executive Board of Triodos Bank in the role of Chief Financial Officer.
In accordance with the provisions of law and the articles of association of Triodos Bank, the Supervisory Board notified the Extraordinary General Meeting of this intention and has subsequently appointed Andre Haag as Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer of Triodos Bank N.V., effective 1 January 2020.
