The Inspiring Workplaces Europe judges reviewed the shortlisted organisations across a range of categories, including their culture and purpose, focus on employee wellbeing, approach and commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), leadership and employee voice and experience.

Triodos Bank was recognised for its thoughtful approach to building a values-driven workplace and was recognised as ‘best-in-class’ for an inspiring culture and purpose. The judges described Triodos Bank as “an example for many others”, “where culture is lived rather than declared”.
Established in 2015, the Inspiring Workplaces Awards Europe are among the most respected in HR awards programmes across Europe, celebrating organisations that put their employees first.
