The Dutch Central Bank has approved the proposed appointment of Franca Vossen. The Works Council of Triodos Bank has been informed.
The appointment is intended for a period of up to one year. Franca Vossen will temporarily replace the current CRO, Carla van der Weerdt, who is expected to require a recovery period of up to 12 months from the health impact of long COVID-19.
After the appointment the Executive Board will consist of Jeroen Rijpkema (CEO and Chair), Andre Haag (CFO), Franca Vossen (CRO), Jacco Minnaar (CCO) and Nico Kronemeijer (COO).

Abridged CV of Franca Vossen
Franca Vossen currently holds non-executive directorships at Coöperatie VGZ and MeDirect Bank Belgium. She will step down from the latter before the upcoming AGM. From 2017 to 2020, she was CRO and Managing Board Member of LeasePlan Cooperation. Before that she has held various international senior management positions in finance and risk at financial institutions such ABN AMRO, Fortis, ING and De Lage Landen.
She holds a Master’s degree in Russian and German Studies from Leiden University and MBA from EuroMBA. She successfully completed the supervisory board programme of Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Franca Vossen is of Dutch nationality and does not hold any Triodos Bank depository receipts.
