Triodos Bank announced on 1 October 2025, that the total number of Depository Receipts (DRs) that registered by signing an individual settlement agreement was 11.7 million. The individual settlement offer expired on 30 September 2025.
On January 10, 2025, Triodos Bank announced a total package of measures, which included a settlement offer of €10 per DR to eligible DR Holders in exchange for full and final discharge. The total package was the outcome of an agreement between Triodos Bank and Stichting Certificaathouders Triodos Bank. The settlement offer covered approximately 14.2 million Depository Receipts in total.

Between 9 May, and 30 September, Triodos Bank provided weekly updates of the approximate intermediate number of Depository Receipts that had been registered by signing the individual settlement agreement.
