Led by chair Jeroen Smit, the discussion centred on the question: what is holding us back? Daan Remarque spoke about reaching people outside the ‘green circle’. Faiza Oulahsen shared her experiences of change at Greenpeace Netherlands and KPMG Netherlands.
In twelve smaller groups, participants exchanged ideas and experiences, guided by facilitators and future thinkers. Alexander Rinnooy Kan, Aniek Moonen, Marilieke Engbers and Marnix Kluiters looked back on the discussions in a closing panel. Music by Marloes Arkesteijn provided moments of calm and reflection throughout the day.
We opened our head office at De Reehorst in Driebergen for this event. A place where people from different organisations can meet, share experiences and look to the future together. As the organisers put it: this is just the beginning.
