The final date for DR Holders to initiate the settlement process and accept the settlement offer is set for September 30, 2025. After that date, the settlement offer expires.

You are eligible if you meet these requirements

  • We will make an offer if you owned DRs on 28 June 2023, even if you sold some or all of your DRs after 28 June 2023.
  • DR Holders whose previous claims regarding their DRs have already been settled - for example, through a final court judgment - are excluded from this settlement offer.

The decision to accept our settlement offer or not will not affect your ownership of your Depository Receipts nor your associated rights, such as dividend rights and voting rights.

Triodos Bank will continue to actively pursue an open dialogue and engagement with all its stakeholders to ensure that the bank acts in the interests of the company and its stakeholders.
