To strengthen the impact we create, we are currently looking for a Senior Performance Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis.

Profile

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘change finance to finance change’, by analysing portfolio, fund and market data from both a financial and impact perspective, communicating these insights to relevant stakeholders within the organization and working as performance analyst our Impact Private Debt & Equity (IPD&E) funds. Furthermore, you will be jointly responsible for monitoring the debt valuations of our IPD&E funds and act as a vocal point for both internal and external stakeholders.

As a part of your daily routine:

  • You will conduct in-depth analysis of impact & financial data, by combining and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data
  • You will review and propose enhancements to the (valuation method of the) debt valuation of our IPD&E funds and present these reviews and proposals to our Valuation Committee (VC)
  • You will lead (internal & external) audits in impact & financial performance and valuation topics
  • You will lead enhancements to impact & financial performance and valuation processes, controls, and reporting frameworks
  • You will monitor portfolio developments and generate management information at portfolio and fund level to internal and external stakeholders
  • You will collaborate with the Impact Specialist(s) and Investment teams to improve regular impact reporting to investors
  • You will interact with different teams like Fund Management, Marketing and Communication, Business Analysis, Portfolio Services, Financial Accounting and Risk & Compliance

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

  • educational background preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Econometrics (CFA / CAIA certification is a plus)
  • extensive relevant working experience in Impact Investing, preferably in private debt and equity sector
  • strong experience in analysing and monitoring financial and impact data
  • fluency in English, both orally and in writing
  • EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit and you live in the Netherlands

Your future colleagues

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Impact & Financial Performance Measurement and cooperate closely with your co-workers in the Impact & Financial Performance Measurement team, Fund Management team, Investment team and Marketing & Communication.

The Impact & Financial Performance Measurement team currently consists of two sub-teams; Performance Analyst team focusing on monitoring the impact & financial performance and being responsible for the debt valuations and the Impact & ESG team focusing on both advancing impact management processes and assessing ESG risks of the IPD&E funds within Triodos Investment Management. The team contains of 11 enthusiastic and dedicated professionals.
