Frequently Asked Questions
What is SRI?
Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) means investing in stock market listed companies following strict criteria on environmental, social and governance issues, as well as investing directly in sustainable businesses. We currently have six funds investing in the stock market or in corporate bonds.
For a leading sustainable bank like Triodos Bank, this kind of investment has to be managed with the greatest care, to ensure that our ethical principles are never compromised. But we strongly believe our SRI activities are a powerful means of promoting our objectives and working for greater sustainability, while enabling us to offer customers a wider range of attractive investment options.
You can find our more here about how we select listed companies to invest in, to reassure our investors that their money is only being used to support businesses that accept their social and environmental responsibilities.
