As of 16 May 2025, the intermediate number of Depository Receipts that has been registered over the past 5 weeks by signing the settlement offer stands at 4.8 million Depository Receipts.
This number reflects continued interest and engagement in the settlement process, which remains on track and in line with previously communicated timelines.
Mid-April, Triodos Bank started the phased distribution of the invitations to eligible Depository Receipt Holders for the financial settlement. In the coming weeks the eligible (semi) institutional Depository Receipt Holders will receive their invitation and by mid-June all eligible Depository Receipt Holders will have been invited. The settlement offer covers approximately 14.2 million Depository Receipts in total.
