We must realise together, according to Kees Vendrik, that we cannot continue to consume limited supplies of fuels and raw materials, as we have done in the last quarter of a century. In this sense, the world before the oil crisis does not return. We must continue to adapt to living behavior with a more economical use of raw materials and energy. Our existence will change as a result.
