Woonvereniging Sproet is gevestigd aan de J.P. Coenstraat te Utrecht. De woonvereniging is opgericht door een groep jongeren van ca. 25 jaar, waaronder 2 studenten. Op dit moment wordt het pand bewoond door 4 leden. Als de vereniging opgeheven wordt gaat het geld naar het armste land ter wereld.
