Head of IT Audit & Transformation (32 – 40 hours)

Supporting change by providing independent and objective insights

You report to the Group Director Internal Audit. Together with him and the Head of Audit UK & Commerce you are the Internal Audit Leadership team and pro-actively contribute to setting and managing the direction of the audit function. You have a hierarchical responsibility for 5 co-workers, all located in Zeist. 3 of them with an IT focus and 2 focusing on risk and finance.


Take action

  • develop and execute the IT audit strategy (including change management / transformation).ensure good (IT audit) alignment with the different business unit engagements.
  • oversee (Group) audit involvement for Finance.
  • grow the competencies of your co-workers.
  • be the first point of contact for the COO.

The team

We are with 15 and work from Driebergen-Rijsenburg, Madrid, Brussels, and Bristol. We report directly to the CEO and our structure follows the organization of Triodos Bank. Via the development of Subject Matter Expertise we are deepening our understanding of, and oversight over, key risk areas across the Group.

This is you

You are friendly but firm. Being independent by heart, you combine strong analytical skills with organizational sensitivity and a constructive and pragmatic approach.

This is complemented by:

  • at least 5 years experience in people leadership in an international setting, preferably within audit and within a financial institution.
  • strong knowledge of data management and (auditing) IT related transformation processes, preferably including cybersecurity.
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal and able to manage relations at all levels of the organisation.
  • fluency in English and Dutch.
  • desire to be part of the bank and to grow within the organisation.
