This is you

You report directly to the Group Director Internal Audit and pro-actively contribute to the mission of the audit function and thus Triodos Bank. Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Prepare and discuss the Triodos IM specific audit plan and report the main observations stemming from audits and relationship management to the Triodos IM Management Board
  • Lead and participate in operational and compliance framework audits, including the application of these frameworks. Report the outcomes.
  • Assess and analyse the impact of relevant laws and regulation on business risks, controls, and processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners at Triodos IM
  • Being a friendly persona, you combine a ‘can-do’ attitude with strong affinity to the Triodos values and mission. The role requires clear strategic thinking with highly developed analytical skills, with proven and focused planning and project management skills.

Furthermore, you are a qualified auditor with:

  • Experience gained in working in an audit, risk or compliance function preferably in asset management. Good understanding of relevant regulation (e.g. AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID2)
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and able to maintain relations at all levels of the organisation
  • Demonstrably strong influencing and persuasion skills
  • A genuine interest in people and planet
  • Fluency in English and Dutch. Good knowledge of the German language is a pre.
