Next NRG is a partnership in the Netherlands between Vorm Bouw and Klimaatgarant that are realizing various gasless housing projects. This concerns high-rise projects such as the prestigious Bold and State residential towers in Amsterdam and the Fibonacci and Cruquius residential buildings, also in Amsterdam. These are rental and owner-occupied homes that are equipped with, among other things, a collective heat pump system, a ventilation system and a shower with heat recovery. In addition, solar panels have been installed to generate electricity for these installations. Significant energy savings are achieved in this way.
