High Bickington CPT has received a ‘Community Empowerment Award' and is a scheme that provides affordable homes and workshop space with sustainability at its heart for locals. The scheme allows locals to remain in the area where they would normally be priced out of the market. It's now being used to provide a model approach for others to follow.
