Hai Tanzania works with 4,300 small-scale cocoa farmers in southern Tanzania region - most of whom are organic certified - and exports to international market. Hai Tanzania Hai Tazania provides employment to over 250 seasonal workers to assist with the grading and packaging of cocoa. In addition, it has carried out community projects by purchasing solar panels and paying school fees.


Thanks to the trade finance provided by the Triodos Sustainable Trade Fund the company can pay farmers immediately and fairly upon delivery of their produce.
