In Triodos Bank we have started the transformation of our organization to a One Bank operating Model. For Digital & Technology this means moving towards an integrated organization design focused on uniform and efficient processes, single points of responsibility for the group, improve the quality of our processes and ensure continuity throughout the whole group.
To strengthen the Services and Change department we are looking for a
Service Manager (32 - 36 hours a week)
As a Service Manager you play a key role in the delivery of ICT services and in monitoring the performance of these services within the Digital & Technology department.
As a Service Manager you support the delivery of ICT services by implementing, maintaining and improving ICT processes. Examples are Incident, Change, Release, Problem and Configuration management processes. You will work closely with stakeholders within Digital & Technology, but also with stakeholders in the rest of the organization.
Take action
- Implement, maintain, improve and document ICT processes.
- Demonstrate to internal and external stakeholders that we are in control of our processes.
- Support the Digital & Technology teams in the day-to-day operation and execution of the processes.
- Maintain service level agreements with our internal customers and create periodic service level reports to provide insight into the quality of the service delivery.
- Demonstrate a continual improvement mindset (relevant improvement opportunities are encouraged).
Profile
This is youYou have experience as Service Manager and you are ITIL certified (preferably ITIL4) or you are aiming to be ITIL certified soon. You are interested in Service Management and want to contribute your knowledge and skills to develop this expertise further in Triodos.
This is complemented by:
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree in ICT, or equivalent working experience.
- Communication skills (written as well as verbal) in English.
- You have experience with working in an Agile environment.
- A curious, enthusiastic, open, pro-active and optimistic person with a hands-on and learning attitude.
- Demonstrable affinity with the mission and values of Triodos Bank.

The teamThe Service Management team is part of the Services & Change department within Digital & Technology, all supporting processes around business applications within Triodos Group. The Services & Change department is an international, new and developing team. It consists of approximately 20 co-workers, of which 4 are Service Managers (including you). You will report to the Head D&T Services & Change.
As a Service Management team, we aim to have a strong learning mindset to continuously improve ourselves and our way of working. We are hands-on and result-oriented, have a positive can-do attitude and we appreciate humor, openness, reflection and teamwork. Our work is characterized as fast-paced, which requires flexibility, ability to tackle multiple tasks simultaneously and an organized way of working.
