How you will make a difference?
You will help us to ''change finance to finance change'', by taking charge of the process from receiving the invoice to payment. For this, you are responsible for the correct registration and administrative processing of incoming invoices, the approval by budget holders, and the creation of the correct payment orders.
Next to processing invoices:
- You will take initiatives to optimize this process, which can, for example, shorten the invoice processing time.
- You will formalize and standardize the process, e.g. by improving work instructions and recording internal control measures.
- You will identify and implement opportunities to make smarter, better, and more efficient use of the existing applications.
- You will process bank statements into the financial administration.
- You will respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues effectively.

- affinity with IT systems and applications. Experience with Exact and Scan Sys is an advantage.
