Currently, we are looking for an Internal Corporate Communications Specialist (junior/medior level). You will be part of the Group Communications team, where we work every day on strengthening Triodos Bank’s position as a frontrunner in sustainable banking, supporting its mission and business objectives.

Profile

How you will make a difference

As Internal Communications Specialist you are committed to building and strengthening the reputation of Triodos Bank among co-workers.

Together with your team:

  • You will inform and engage co-workers in our mission, culture & values
  • You will manage and optimise internal communication channels, such as our intranet and develop innovative new ways of communicating with internal stakeholders
  • You will inform and engage the internal stakeholders on topics related to - amongst others- HR, ICT, impact, change finance and finance change and financial performance
  • You will help develop an internal communications approach that actively contributes to strong co-worker engagement across the group
  • You will work closely together with other staff departments to work on a committed and engaged co-worker community
  • You will help organise and promote internal events, such as community meetings and team-building events

Furthermore, it is expected that you:

  • have relevant experience in internal communications, preferably in an international environment
  • gained experience with complex internal communication projects
  • have good knowledge about best practices in communication field
  • obtained experience with building and strengthening the reputation of an international values-based organisation with internal stakeholders
  • have excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is an asset)
  • live in the Netherlands or have willingness to relocate

Your future colleagues

The Corporate Communications team at Group consists of three internal Communication Specialists (including the role we are currently recruiting for) who work closely together with the other communication disciplines within the team – external communications and reporting. They use all available communication tools to inform and engage with co-workers in all countries.
