  • You will plan and organize HR events (including introductory meetings and information sessions on the use of our HR Portal, healthy & safe working and pension).
  • You will take responsibility for the careful execution of various HR processes and policies, consider their impact on our co-workers, and proactively think about ways to improve them.

What you will bring

Your unique potential and your values matter for us most. We look for people who are self-aware and who think in a holistic way, always conscious about their impact on society, environment, and the economy.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • connect with co-workers and partners by using your strong communication skills, being open and approachable, and demonstrating a genuine desire to help others, all while fostering collaboration and building meaningful relationships.

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

  • previous experience in roles where attention to detail and initiative were crucial, ensuring meticulous work and proactive contributions,
  • proven experience with tasks requiring a strong sense of collaboration and the ability to maintain a clear overview,
  • practice in working with teams in a way that fosters collaboration and effective communication,
  • good command of processes and tools that support organized, detail-oriented work, enabling you to contribute effectively to collaborative efforts.

Your future colleagues

You will be reporting directly to the Head of HR Service Delivery and cooperate closely with two other HR Officers, Payroll Officers, HR Systems Specialists, Comp & Ben Experts, the HR Business Advisory Team, the Talent Acquisition Team, ICT Service Desk Agents and Authorisation Management.

The HR Service Delivery team currently consists of HR Officers, Payroll Officers, HR Systems Specialists, HR Product Owner Processes, Comp & Ben Experts, Absence & Employability Coordinators and HR Data & Information Specialists.
