Triodos Vastgoedfonds has incorporated all relevant sustainability features of a building in its Triodos Sustainable Real Estate Screen. This test combines environmental aspects with issues such as the quality of a building from the perspective of the users, its perceived value and the financial returns that it produces.
When buying a property, the screen is used as an assessment tool, while during the management phase it is used to monitor and continuously enhance the quality of the properties that have been bought.
