Energy and Climate

A pioneering track record in renewable energy investment

Triodos Investment Management has over 20 years' experience of investing in renewable energy. This makes Triodos Investment Management the partner of choice for many investors and renewable energy entrepreneurs.

As part of our mission to make money work for positive social and environmental change, we've built up a strong track record in this area, having funded hundreds of sustainable energy projects across Europe.

Helping to build a sustainable economy

For a transition from a carbon-based economy to a sustainable one, it's essential to reduce energy demand, to use energy as efficiently as possible, and to invest massively in renewable energy systems, while switching to low carbon fuels. We see that the wider investment community is now starting to be aware of the potentially attractive financial returns available in this sector. Institutional investors increasingly regard sustainable energy capable of delivering solid performance as part of a long term investment strategy.

High quality investment management

Based on our long and wide experience, Triodos Investment Management manages one retail and two institutional funds investing in renewable energy. We're well equipped to provide a high quality investment management service for investors interested in exploring opportunities in this sector.
