Countryside Restoration Trust
Eco development (Environment)
The Countryside Restoration Trust, in Cambridge, is the UK’s leading charity promoting wildlife-friendly farming and campaigning for a living, working countryside. They believe that wildlife is integral to good farming.
That philosophy is put into practice on over 1,500 acres of working farms, small-holdings and woodland across the country. The trust restores and maintains biodiversity through purchasing and working land with sensitive farming methods to provide a healthy habitat for wildlife.
By provide funding for restoration and construction of innovative and sustainable design, we try to limit the negative impact of building on the environment and the society.
Innovation is important because it makes positive change in the world happen and leads to renewal and sustainable growth. Financing environmental technology means investing in the future for important sectors like recycling and transport.
