Offshore wind project in the UK

The Fund owns a minority stake in 367 MW offshore wind farm Walney. The project is being developed and managed by majority shareholder Dong Energy. The plant is currently under construction and will consist of 102 Siemens 3.6 MW turbines. Read the press release.  

On shore wind project in the UK

The Fund owns a 50% share in wind farm Carraigh Gheal, a 46 MW wind farm that is under construction with expected completion by the end of 2012. The Carraig Gheal Wind Farm will consist of 20 Siemens 2.3 MW turbines. Read the press release .

Wind project in Germany

Ampere Equity Fund fully owns 22.5 MW wind farm Spremberg, located in the East of Germany and consisting of 9 Fuhrländer FL-2500 turbines.

The fund fully owns a portfolio of three operational wind farms in Germany, all equipped with Enercon turbines with a total capacity of 39.6 MW. See press release .

The Fund owns a 90% stake in a 51 MW on shore operational wind farm portfolio in Germany. The portfolio consists of four wind farms, which have been developed by the Dutch developer DunoAir. All wind farms are equipped with state of the art Enercon E82 and E70 turbines, with a capacity of respectively 2.0 MW and 2.3 MW. Read the press release .

Wind project in the Netherlands

Ampere Equity Fund holds a 32% shareholding in the 44 MW Koegorspolder wind farm, in the province of Zeeland, in the South West of the Netherlands.

Solar projects in France

The Fund is majority owner in a 5 MW roof integrated solar portfolio in agricultural hangars in the South-West of France, developed by Ineo. See press release .

Ampere Equity Fund owns, in partnership with Solairedirect, a 34 MWp solar PV portfolio. The portfolio consists of three ground mounted solar photovoltaic projects in the regions of Auvergne and PACA, in France. Read the press release .

Solar projects in Spain

• Ampere Equity Fund owns a 24.5% stake in a 46MW integrated operational solar portfolio, consisting of 9 solar sites in Andalucía, Spain. Read the press release .
• Ampere Equity Fund holds 50% ownership in solar park Aznacollar, with a total capacity of 2.2 MW, in Andalusia, Spain.
• Ampere Equity Fund holds 50% ownership in Los Cabezos solar park with a total capacity of 2.2 MW, in Andalusia, Spain.
• Ampere Equity Fund holds 100% ownership of Murcia Solar Park GmbH, located in Lorca in the South East of Spain. Murcia, existing of 51 individual solar fixed mounted installations, has a total installed capacity of 5.4 MW.

On shore wind project in Spain

Ampere Equity Fund owns a portfolio of 2 wind farms under construction with a total capacity of 80 MW. The project are developed by Aldesa Energeias Renovables, that will remain involved as construction and operational manager. See press release .

Solar Projects in Italy

In partnership with Winch Energy, Ampere Equity Fund invested in a portfolio of solar pv projects in the region of Puglia, Italy. The fund owns a 75% stake in two tranches of 1 MW projects with a total capacity of 20 Mw. For more information, please read the press release .
