Investment profile
The investment scope and strategy are tailored to the requirements of the institutional investors that have committed to the Fund, with the aim of delivering long term, stable cash dividends to the investors. The Fund only invests in:
- Renewable energy projects applying proven technology
- Projects that are almost ready to be constructed, already under construction or operational
- Projects with predictable revenues from the sale of renewable energy in regulated markets (mainly fixed feed-in tariffs)
- Projects geographically restricted to Western Europe (to ensure limited country risk and regulation risk)
The Fund's buy and hold strategy ensures stable operating cash flow / dividends during the economic lifetime of the projects (no exit multiples).
