How we invest
Ampere Equity Fund invests in:
- Projects that use proven technology, with a focus onshore wind, offshore wind, biomass power and solar power.
- Projects at all stages - whether under development (provided that all required permits and consents are in place), under construction or fully operational.
- Projects in Western Europe, concentrating on Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, the UK and the Netherlands. (Central European countries such as Poland are not within its scope.)
The minimum equity investment is EUR 10 million per project. The maximum is EUR 50 million. Investors may also be able to co-invest with the Fund, which can increase the maximum investment substantially. Investments range from substantial minority stakes up to 100% ownership.
