About the fund
First closing of the Fund took place in October 2007, the second and final closing in December 2008. In total, the institutional investors APG, PGGM, Delta Lloyd and Rabobank committed capital of EUR 320 million to Ampere Equity Fund BV. The Fund is managed by Triodos Investment Management, a full subsidiary of Triodos Bank.
Triodos Investment Management has dedicated to the Fund a specialised investment team with specific expertise in solar PV and wind energy. This expertise and experience in conducting transactions makes the Fund a reliable partner for developers.
We have also built relationships with project finance banks (including the Triodos Bank project finance teams) in the regions in which we operate, enabling us to provide total financing solutions, including equity, semi-equity and bank debt to project developers.
We have built partnerships with developers which provide access to future investment opportunities that fit the investment profile of the Fund.
Ampere Equity Fund is a closed end fund with institutional investors. The fund had its final closing in December 2008.
