Eumedion
Triodos Investment Management sits on two commissions of Eumedion, which aims to maintain and further develop good corporate governance on the basis of the responsibility of institutional investors established in the Netherlands. Triodos Investment Management publishes its engagement policy and practices and thereby fully complies with the best practice guidelines of Eumedion apart from best practice 5. Although we have strict conflict of interest guidelines in place these are not made public yet. Triodos Investment Management will describe its guidelines in more detail in its 2012 annual report as recommended by Eumedion.
