The four wind farms are located in Germany and have been developed by the Dutch developer DunoAir. The wind farms have all become operational in the period 2007 until 2011. All wind farms are equipped with state of the art Enercon E82 and E70 turbines, with a capacity of respectively 2.0 MW and 2.3 MW.

This is the Fund’s third investment in German wind farms with a total capacity of 112.5 MW and options to expand to over 140 MW. Germany on shore wind is a substantial part of our portfolio of renewable energy assets spread over the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and The Netherlands.”

Arjen Ploeg, Founder and Owner DunoAir: “With this transaction two experienced parties have joined strengths. From both sides a lot of effort has been put into making this transaction successful. As a result this cooperation could very well be a basis for a lot more projects in the very near future. This transaction enables DunoAir to further expand its development portfolio. Our focus will remain mainly on the German market, but we have started development of wind farms in other Western European countries as well.”
