Eco development (Environment)
Un nouvel eco-quartier a vu le jour au lieu-dit du Pic au vent, non loin de Tournai. Le projet-pilote prévoit la construction de 36 maisons durables au sein d’un parc arboré. Le défi : construire du passif pour le prix du traditionnel. Le chantier groupé et les habitations mitoyennes sont les principales clefs de la réussite du projet. La Banque Triodos finance les 20 premières maisons qui seront vendues casco, c'est-à-dire sous forme de gros oeuvre fermé mais non aménagé à l'intérieur.
