PRIZMA Mikro focuses mainly on low-income people in rural areas: the absolute bottom end of the market in Bosnia-Herzegovina. By maintaining its focus on the lowest income groups and introducing a high level of efficiency, the microfinance institution has been able to generate loyalty among the greatest number of its clients. PRIZMA Mikro was one of the first microfinance institutions worldwide to develop a poverty scorecard to enable it to measure the impact of its services on its clients over a number of years. Triodos-Doen, Triodos Fair Share Fund and Triodos Microfinance Fund have provided loans to PRIZMA Mikro.
