Business for Climate
Business for Climate was founded by the FACE Foundation, DOEN Foundation, Kegado and Triodos Ventures with the aim of effectively combating the increased greenhouse effect. What is unique about Business for Climate is that it enables organizations to run their whole business carbon neutral, or to develop carbon-neutral products.
Clients can buy verified CO2 credits from sustainable forestry projects, many of them being in developing countries and contributing to sustainable jobs. These CO2 credits, generated because growing trees sequester CO2, compensate for the unavoidable CO2 your business continues to emit, even after you have implemented energy saving and other environmental measures.
