Georgia - Constanta Foundation
Constant Foundation was founded in 1997 and, throughout the years, has established a nationwide branch network, primarily through grant funding. The final formalisation of the microfinance sector by the Georgian parliament in the summer of 2006 paved the way for access to larger amounts of funding. With its branch infrastructure in place, Constante Foundation is able to rapidly access various regions of the country. In 2006 Triodos-Doen provided a loan to make further expansion possible.
