By public transport
Travel by train to Driebergen-Zeist railway station and continue by bus line 50 or 71 (bus company: Connexxion) to bus stop ‘Griftlaan’; the bus stop is on the Utrechtseweg, across the street from no. 60. This is the building of the Dutch branch.
The entrance of the international head office on the Nieuweroordweg 1 is situated behind the Dutch branch. Follow the path left from the Triodos Bank building. At the end of the path you walk on the Nieuweroordweg. At your right hand side you will find the international head office. At the end of the street you will find the entrance of the international head office.

Or travel by train to Utrecht Central Station and continue by bus line 50 (bus company: Connexxion), towards Zeist, bus stop ‘Griftlaan’. The bus stop is on the Utrechtseweg, just after the crossing with the Griftlaan. Walk back, cross the Griftlaan to no. 60 on your left hand side.
The entrance of the international head office on the Nieuweroordweg 1 is situated behind the Dutch branch. Follow the path left from the Triodos Bank building. At hte end of the path you walk on the Nieuweroordweg. At your right hand side you will find the international head office. At the end of the street you will find the entrance of the international head office.

By car from Amersfoort (A28)
Leave the A28 (towards Utrecht) at exit 3 ‘Den Dolder/Zeist Oost’. After the underpass turn right (Boulevard). Turn right at the traffic light (Dijnselburgerlaan) and immediately left (Bergweg). Continue onto the Schaerweijdelaan. Cross the Utrechtseweg and continue onto the Griftlaan. Turn right at the first side street (Kroostweg), and then right again at the first side street (Nieuweroordweg).  Just after 100 metres you'll find on your left hand side the entrance to the parking place, just beyond the cemetery.

By car from Arnhem (A12)
Leave the A12 (towards Utrecht) at exit 20 ‘Driebergen/Zeist’. Turn right to Zeist. Continue straight ahead through Zeist along the Dorpsstraat which continues as the Utrechtseweg, following the sign for Utrecht. Turn left at the second traffic light (Griftlaan). Turn right at the first side street (Kroostweg), and then right again at the first side street (Nieuweroordweg). Just after 100 metres you'll find on your left hand side the entrance to the parking place, just beyond the cemetery.

By car from other directions
Coming from the A27 take the A28 towards ‘Amersfoort’. Turn right (towards ‘De Bilt’) at exit 2 ‘De Uithof’. Take the N237 (right turn) to ‘Zeist’. In Zeist the N237 continues onto the Utrechtseweg. Pass the TNO office building on your right-hand side. Go past Triodos Bank at your right hand side, turn right at the next traffic light (Griftlaan). Turn right at the first side street (Kroostweg), and then right again at the first side street (Nieuweroordweg). Just after 100 metres you'll find on your left hand side the entrance to the parking place, just beyond the cemetery.

By bus
Take service 8 from Bristol Temple Meads rail station or St Augustine's Parade (The Centre).
If you have travelled from outside Bristol by bus, the central bus station is 5 minutes walk from St Augustine's Parade. Leaving the bus station on Lower Maudlin Street, turn right on Lewins Mead which leads to St Augustine's Parade.
Alight at the second stop after Clifton Christ Church. Return on service 9 from the stop on the opposite side of the road.
Buses leave every 15 minutes during peak times and every 20 minutes at all other times.

By rail
Bristol Temple Meads is the closest station to Triodos Bank. By taxi, the journey will take 20 minutes. Alternatively, buses run by a direct route to Bridge Valley road as described above.

By road from the m5 north or southbound

  • Leave the m5 at junction 17, following signs to The Mall regional shopping centre and Bristol Zoo.
  • Move into the righthand lane before the traffic lights. At the roundabout, take the second exit straight ahead.
  • At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto the a4018 Wick Beck Road.
  • At a third roundabout, take the second exit straight ahead onto Passage Road.
  • Proceed down the hill and to the right and keep straight ahead through three sets of traffic lights.
  • Keep straight ahead, up the hill onto Westbury Road, passing the Red Maids School on the left and Durdham Downs on the right.
  • At the roundabout, take the second exit, moving immediately into the righthand lane and following the road to the right around a traffic island. Move into the lefthand lane before the traffic lights at the top of the hill and onto Upper Belgrave Road with the Downs on your right.
  • Follow the road down the hill, passing Bristol Zoo on the left and take a left onto The Promenade with a triangular green on the left and an avenue of trees on the right.
  • Turn sharp left and Triodos Bank is on your right.

    By road from the m4 east or westbound
    Even when approaching from the east, it is often best to bypass the city centre. Ignore the signs at junction 19 of the m4 and proceed as follows:

  • At the m4 junction 20, join the m5 southbound.
  • Leave the m5 at Junction 17 and proceed as described above.

    By road from central Bristol

  • From St Augustine's Parade, turn up College Green with the Marriot Hotel on your left.
  • Continue up the hill on Park Street, through two sets of traffic lights at the top.
  • Follow the road sharply to the right and stay in the lefthand lane to follow the road round to the left at a pedestrian crossing.
  • Staying in the lefthand lane, turn left onto Queens Road, passing a fountain on your right.
  • At the next roundabout take the first exit, coming immediately onto another roundabout and taking the second exit straight ahead.
  • Stay on this road through Victoria Square to a T-junction. Turn right.
  • Follow the road uphill to a roundabout.
  • Take the second exit up the hill with a green on your left and right and curving to the right onto The Promenade with an avenue of trees on the left. Triodos Bank is on your right by a triangular green.

    There is cycle parking at the rear of the building.
    Cars can be parked along The Promenade.

    Travelling by public transport

    You get off the train at the Gare Centrale (Central Station) and take the exit ‘Sortie Centre’ (first level next to the stairs with the notice ‘Quai [track] 1 and 2’). You leave the station (Rue de la Madeleine) and you turn left, direction Place de l’Albertine situated 50 meters higher (in the centre of the square you’ll see the statue of queen Elisabeth).
    Continue straight on (2 min.) until you reach le Boulevard de l’Empereur (with the statue of King Albert right in front of you). You can cross the street at the traffic lights and continue ± 300 m till the next traffic lights (bowling and petrol station), turn left into the Rue des Alexiens and immediately (a bit to the right) into the Rue Haute (100 m further at your right side you’ll see ‘la Place de la Chapelle’ with the church ‘la Chapelle’).
    Continue straight on for about 1 km until you reach nr. 139 [the building ‘l’Espace Jacqmotte’ is situated in front of a square (Rue de l’Epée) where you’ll notice the Hall of Justice on top and a very large white elevator in front of it].
    Enter the ‘Espace Jacqmotte’(right side of the Rue Haute) and continue straight on as far as the inner garden. There you can ring the bell (find ‘Triodos Bank’ on the screen using the arrows, then ‘Enter’) and our receptionist will let you in. Triodos Bank is situated on the first floor.

    This route takes more or less 15 minutes on foot.

    Travelling by car

    Antwerp
    At the end of the E19, take the (big) Brussels concourse (R0) towards Louvain/Liège/Namur.
    At the E40 (Louvain/Liège/Bruxelles) head towards Brussels. At the end of the E40 take the tunnel towards the centre.
    Go straight on until you reach the Schuman roundabout and take the second street on your right (Rue de la Loi). Continue this street until you reach the large crossing of the (small) Brussels concourse (R20), turn left (i.e. before the street goes down) and take the tunnel of the (small) Brussels concourse.
    Continue on this concourse (driving through the tunnels past ‘Trône’, ‘Porte de Namur’, ‘Louise’) and leave the concourse at ‘Porte de Hal’. At the second traffic lights (following the traffic sign ‘Hôpital Saint-Pierre’), turn to the right into the ‘Rue Haute’.

    Ghent
    At the end of the E40, follow the road to ‘Brussels Centre’ (straight on).
    Continue driving on the ‘Avenue Charles Quint’ past several traffic lights for about 2 km. and, just before the Koekelberg Cathedral, take the Léopold tunnel. You are now on the (small) Brussels concourse (R20).
    Continue on this concourse for some time and pass several exits (‘Sainctelette’, ‘Rogier’, ‘Trône’, ‘Porte de Namur’, ‘Louise’), take the exit ‘Porte de Hal’ (there you leave the concourse).
    At the second traffic lights (following the traffic sign ‘Hôpital Saint-Pierre’), turn to the right into the ‘Rue Haute’.

    Liège
    At the end of the E40, take the tunnel towards the Brussels centre. Go straight on until you reach the Schuman roundabout and take the second street on your right (Rue de la Loi).
    Continue this street until you reach the large crossing of the (small) Brussels concourse (R20), turn left (i.e. before the street goes down) and take the tunnel of the (small) Brussels concourse.
    Continue on this concourse (driving through the tunnels past ‘Trône’, ‘Porte de Namur’, ‘Louise’) and leave the concourse at ‘Porte de Hal’.
    At the second traffic lights (following the traffic sign ‘Hôpital Saint-Pierre’), turn to the right into the ‘Rue Haute’.

    Mons
    At the end of the E19, take exit 16 and follow the ‘Chaussée de Mons’ towards Brussels centre.
    Go straight on until you reach the small concourse R20 (porte d'Anderlecht), turn right and continue going underneath the railway bridge. Leave the concourse at your right (Porte de Hal) before the tunnel.
    Turn round the ‘Porte de Hal’ (three-quarters of a circle) to your left into the ‘Boulevard du Midi’. Take the first sidestreet on your right: the ‘Rue Haute’(following the traffic sign ‘Hôpital Saint-Pierre’).

    Namur
    At the end of the E411, take the (big) Brussels concourse (R0) towards Louvain/Liège/Antwerp.
    At the E40 (Louvain/Liège/Bruxelles)head towards Brussels.
    At the end of the E40 take the tunnel towards the centre. Go straight on until you reach the Schuman roundabout and take the second street on your right (Rue de la Loi). Continue this street until you reach the large crossing of the (small) Brussels concourse (R20), turn left (i.e. before the street goes down) and take the tunnel of the (small) Brussels concourse.
    Continue on this concourse (driving through the tunnels past ‘Trône’, ‘Porte de Namur’, ‘Louise’) and leave the concourse at ‘Porte de Hal’. At the second traffic lights (following the traffic sign ‘Hôpital Saint-Pierre’), turn to the right into the ‘Rue Haute’.

    Parking
    The visitors parking of Triodos Bank is situated in the ‘Rue Saint-Ghislain’.
    To gain access to the parking: continue the Rue Haute till the end of the street and turn left into the ‘Rue Blaes’ (parallel to the ‘Rue Haute’ but opposite direction of traffic). Take the third sidestreet on your left, the visitors parking is the last gate in the ‘Rue Saint-Ghislain’ (nr. 72).
    There you can ring the bell (find ‘Triodos Bank’ on the screen using the arrows, then ‘Enter’) and our receptionist will let you in.
