Triodos Innovation Fund
Triodos Innovation Fund BV is an investment vehicle, dedicated to invest in enterprises that are characterized by an environmentally friendly, socially responsible and/or innovative business approach. Triodos Bank, as a financial institution, has many years of experience in financing companies in sectors like renewable energy, the organic food chain, fair trade, clean technologies and in sectors like services, culture, care and wellness.
Triodos Innovation Fund geographically focuses on investments in countries in which Triodos Bank has branches (the Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom and Spain). Investments in other European countries may be considered.
Triodos Innovation Fund aims to build a portfolio, which may include investments with early-stage and expansion capital. The management of the Fund is highly committed to its investees, and the Fund can tap from the wide network of Triodos Bank.
Triodos Innovation Fund considers investments from € 0,5 m to € 4 m per investment. The Fund has a long term vision, aims to build a sustainable relationship with its investees and is not predominantly exit-driven.
