Triodos Foundation
In all four countries where Triodos Bank works, Triodos Foundation mobilises donations to support research and development in the sectors in which Triodos Bank is active. The Foundation's aim is to stimulate both national and international initiatives that initiate social renewal, especially in the field of organic farming, development, the environment, sustainable energy, art and culture, education and health care. In all of these fields, Triodos Foundation manages special funds.
Triodos Foundation receives donations in different ways. Savers with Triodos Bank can appoint one of the special funds to benefit from (part of) their interest. Direct donations to these funds are possible as well.

- 25 February 2010 - Funds entrusted to the Triodos Group, comprised of Triodos Bank, Triodos Investment Funds and Triodos Private Banking grew in 2009 by 30%, to EUR 4.9 billion. Customer numbers increased by over 50,000 to 242,000.
